Held each summer, the ASCP Mid-Atlantic Regional Meeting has a strong and loyal attendance base with over 150 pharmacists attending each year from Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. The meeting’s cutting edge educational offerings as well as its busy trade show keeps this a very affordable regional meeting and a highly successful event.

The 24th ASCP Mid-Atlantic Regional Meeting, being held Friday, August 4, 2017 through Sunday, August 6, 2017 at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel in Linthicum Heights, Maryland will continue that tradition of providing educational offerings that allow you to enhance your pharmacy career and expand your practice.

This year’s CE lineup is schedule to include 15.75 hours of programs on antibiotic stewardship, opioid management, immunization, medical marijuana, HIV, and CRISP, as well as our regular ASCP and legislative updates. New this year is a comprehensive morning program on Falls.

In addition, you will have an opportunity to network with colleagues as well as get information on new pharmaceutical products and technologies during the trade show on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.

Pharmacist CE: Attendees can earn a maximum of 15.75 contact hours (1.575 CEU’s) for verified participation in the educational programming of the Mid-Atlantic ASCP regional meeting through PharmCon.

PharmCon is approved by the Accreditation Council on Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. To receive credit, participants must legibly print their name and initial the roster at each session attended. Statements of credit for attended programs can be accessed on-line at Please allow 7-10 days following the program before retrieving your certificate.

To receive continuing pharmacy education credits for the sessions, A Collaborative Approach to Falls Prevention: Using the ASCP/NCOA Toolkit and ASCP Legislative and Regulatory Update, participants must complete the evaluations online through the ASCP Learning Center. The CPE evaluation instructions will be available at the end of each presentation. Evaluations must be completed by September 19, 2017. No exceptions.
